Die Cutting
Properties of a Novex die cutting belt:
Cutting Surfaces:
Novex die cutting belts are available in three hardness levels—85, 95, and 100 Durometer (Shore A)—designed for excellent cut resistance and long-lasting performance. While the 85 durometer is the most commonly used, the 100 durometer (50 Shore D) offers the highest level of cut resistance.
Polyurethane Belt Construction:
The polyurethane-saturated belt carcass improves the overall integrity of the belt, while the low-friction surface on the bottom makes it ideal for use on slider beds.
